Consent to the processing of personal data
I agree to the processing of my personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal of Directive 95 / 46 / WE (general regulation on the protection of personal data) (OJ L 119, 04/05/2016, p. 1) – RODO by Centrum HTA Sp. z o.o. for recruitment purposes and providing commercial information.
I declare that I have been informed about the right of access to my data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, right to data transfer, right of opposition, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing takes place based on consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
